Larson Engineering assisted the LDS Church with civil engineering design for the rehabilitation and expansion of the existing church parking lot. Due to the extent of the improvements, bio-swales and an underground concrete chamber detention system were constructed to meet the requirements of the City of Chicago Stormwater Management Ordinance. Construction observation and administration services were provided during the construction of the project.
