This project consists of four identical buildings located on each of the four corners at Howard and First streets, south of Market neighborhood in San Francisco. Each building has architecturally exposed steel wells as well as two canopies. The "Tech Wall" spans from the 2nd floor up to the 8th floor and accommodates the lateral drift of the building. Point supported glass systems were used on each portion.
