The three-story NARA facility contains the National Personnel Records Center (NPRC). NARA is the central repository of personnel-related records for both the military and civil services of the United States Government.

The cladding portion of the project consists of blast resistant punched windows and stick built curtain wall. Both systems were designed to meet ISC and GSA blast criteria.
