This growing church needed more space so they purchased nine acres to add to their current 17-acre campus. Their plan was to expand the existing worship center and add three new classroom buildings totaling 140,000 square feet. A multi-purpose outdoor plaza, a dedicated tram route and an additional 950 parking stalls completed the transformation.

Larson Engineering was involved from the outset to secure rezoning entitlements, temporary use permits and complete all necessary civil construction documents. To maximize the land usage, an underground retention system was designed to hold 150,000 cubic feet of water. Half street improvements were included along with undergrounding of electrical lines.
